So, I'm on the train home from Berlin meaning I have ample time to make something fun and this is the result! I wanted to make something that distorted the background image and so I made two images of dots with flipped background and pattern colors and then used them to layer on top of each other. 

Then I wanted to see how this effect would layer behind text as well so the most obvious text for the situation was just to say "dots", and then I figured why not put it in Dutch and German as well (not that I am even close to conversational in either language). 

Anyways, I think the final effect is pretty fun and could maybe be built on to create a cool landing page or something.
